Product description

Swivel armchair with adjustable height. The structure of the back is in flexible multi-density polyurethane with a metal insert, while the seat is in multilayer with padding in multi-density polyurethane. The not removable upholstery is available either completely in leather or with the backrest in leather and the seat covered in fabric.
The base with rotating castors is in die cast aluminium painted in a bronze colour with natural effect. The connection between the armrest and the seat is in solid ash wood, available in four finishes: natural (fin.96), anthracite grey (fin.93), biscuit (fin.2P) and ash grey (fin.2R). It is realised thanks to a solid wood part which contains a metal mechanism for added spring action and elasticity.

Concept

After 27 years, Massimo Scolari re-imagines the Spring office chair design and presents an updated version: the Springer. The evocative design of the original chair has been re-imagined in a decidedly ergonomic design. The exclusive, patented spring mechanism, concealed in the framework, which allows the back to flex, has been retained and is fundamental to this design.
