Concept

forum is an evergreen, the classic 1960s chair. As a piece of commercial furniture it has been used in numerous administrative offices, schools, and staff canteens, a chair, "whose quality of shape is an expression of its inner values: genuine materials, sensible construction, usability." That is what "Wohnen heute", the directory of the Swiss association of workmen, said when it added the forum as model 7/564. This multi-purpose chair is available as forum I with rounded backrest and visible rivets and as forum II with rectangular backrest and invisible fixings.
