Giliana Gavioli’s origins are permeated by art and history, as it turns out for many Italians. In her specific case, however, mural decoration is a family tradition.Giliana’s father, in-fact, was a well appreciated painter and decorator and she has been raised among raw umber pigments and brushes, developing and nurturing a sophisticated aesthetic sense. Her artistic training evolved while attending the Accademia di Belle Arti in Bologna where, since 2011, she has been teaching “Fresco methodology and technique”.

MATERIALS
VINYL PAPER: a product made of two layers. An upper printable vinyl layer and a TNT (non-woven fabric) under part which ensures high dimensional stability during the application and drying phases of the product, as well as an easy to install and remove capability.

GLASS FIBER - EQ•DEKOR: a decorative and protective dual- function wallpaper created in partnership with Mapei. A bidirectional glass fiber reinforcement with greater stability, efficiency, extreme lightness and flexibility attributes. EQ•Dekor offers high structural performances, minimizing the risk of wall parts detaching in the event of an earthquake.

TELA(r) : the new decorated taffeta fabric for wall scenic designs. A Made in Italy stretched fabric in polyester with the highest resistance thanks to its exclusive weave composition of 110 threads per inch.
It is ideal for temporary installations in retail spaces, boutiques, shop displays, showrooms, exhibitions, event stands and hospitality ambiences, such as hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs.
