Matteo Tampone was born in Turin. In 2013 he founded MATstudio, a unique communication container congenial to evolving and improving the artistic and business capacity associated to the design and project areas. He has been acknowledged as one of the best 15 artists at Paratissima 2015, he has been awarded at the Hit Parade exhibition at MAUTO, the automotive museum in Turin, for “Corpi Galleggianti” one of his masterpieces.

MATERIALS
VINYL PAPER: a product made of two layers. An upper printable vinyl layer and a TNT (non-woven fabric) under part which ensures high dimensional stability during the application and drying phases of the product, as well as an easy to install and remove capability.

GLASS FIBER - EQ•DEKOR: a decorative and protective dual- function wallpaper created in partnership with Mapei. A bidirectional glass fiber reinforcement with greater stability, efficiency, extreme lightness and flexibility attributes. EQ•Dekor offers high structural performances, minimizing the risk of wall parts detaching in the event of an earthquake.

TELA(r) : the new decorated taffeta fabric for wall scenic designs. A Made in Italy stretched fabric in polyester with the highest resistance thanks to its exclusive weave composition of 110 threads per inch.
It is ideal for temporary installations in retail spaces, boutiques, shop displays, showrooms, exhibitions, event stands and hospitality ambiences, such as hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs.
