Product description

Can make many things disappear, or simply present beautiful things with confidence. The LAX sideboard. Compact, elegant, pragmatic. Including a drawer and a side-door. The sideboard is available in 200, 240, 280 cm length, The proportions stay the same. On the left side is the drawer with a push open / soft close mechanism. On the right side the is an open space that can be closed with a sliding door. Available with veneered or lacquered surfaces with a base of powder-coated steel in black, tabaco or anthracit or brushed stainless steel. Storage furniture needs everything but a handle. Because of this our sideboards or highboards have interior handles or fronts that can be push opened. For their individualization we offer a wide variety of woods and lacquer tones.

Concept

1957. The Hotel Nacional de Cuba. An entire room filled with the scent of hand-rolled Havana cigars. Shining amber rum. On hotel letterhead, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe drafts the world-famous blueprint for the headquarters of the Bacardi distillery. Capturing this iconographic moment is the starting point for our LAX collection. A declaration of love to Cuba, to sophisticated hotel amenities of the 50s and the unwavering search for clarity and spatial freedom.
