Product description

The BAY GATE seating system has a support structure consisting of a steel cross beam and adjustable feet. The shell, seat and back are made of plastic material available in different colors. Further customization of the basic modules is possible with optional elements and accessories. Seat is available upon request in polyurethane foam with Pelle Frau® Colorsphere upholstery. For added comfort, center and terminal armrests can be added to match the shells, as well as center and end tables in black HPL. Among the available accessories, it is possible to opt for an additional electrical outlet, a USB charger under the armrest, and a wireless charger applied to the center or end tables.

Concept

The result of the close ongoing collaboration with renowned London-based studio Foster+Partners, Bay System offers a flexible and durable seating solution that can be easily configured to suit the diverse needs of travelers at airports, train stations and other transportation facilities. The two different set-ups - BAY Gate and BAY Lounge - are designed to offer different levels of ergonomic support and privacy during waiting times, always in the name of comfort, technological innovation and craftsmanship.
