Product description

A large dome of handblown Czech glass with a frosted finish rests atop a custom base made of vertical solid brass plates. A brass ring fits onto the base as a seat for the glass dome. Imposing in size, it can work on large furniture, or the floor, depending on the decor. While large, the softness of the frosted glass and minimal presence of the base make it approachable and compelling.

Frosted glass with a soft look
Frosted glass makes a beautiful light because of its very soft appearance when diffusing light. Even beautiful when off, just capturing the ambient light in a room, especially sunlight in the daytime.

A substantial accent
The Dome Light is a substantial light, suitable for use as a floor light, or atop any furniture whose shape or proportions demand a larger accent light.
