We were looking for a beatiful design of a cute chair, comfortable and timeless, said Gabriele and Oscar Buratti, the italian designers about their second collaboration with Vondom.
With armrests and armless, lightweight and stackable, Kes is a chair with smooth lines, sweet, essential in shape and refined in design but radical in its simplicity.
Designed for indoor and outsdoors, matte color finishing; easy to combine and cozy, it’s suitable both for residential and commercial use.
We like to think that it will be the most beautiful chair, that will become popular and will last forever.

Concept

KES is a modular seating system for furnishing outdoor spaces. The main objective is to create endless and articulated compositions; sofas, chaise and lineal and angular pouffes. Either armchair formed by individual elements or large islands as a result of the union of several parts. The most interesting feature in this project is the visible cut on the base part, which makes it possible to insert additional elements, such as backrests, armrests and tables. This cut becomes an architectural, decorative and practical symbol, which is distinct and useful, simple as well as complex, and of great worth in the interpretation of this product.
